Shipping policy

SHIPPING:

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order confirmation email is received. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a second notification with your tracking details.

We’re committed to keeping educational toys affordable for families. To help reduce your overall checkout cost, we offer FREE shipping on all products.

We currently ship within Australia and to New Zealand, with plans to expand our delivery locations in the future.

Our standard shipping timeframe is approximately 7–15 days from dispatch. Please note that during peak seasons, such as holidays or special promotions, delivery times may be slightly longer due to increased demand.

IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES:

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Laughing Koala is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

CHECKING ORDER STATUS:

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at thelaughingkoala@hotmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
